Kate Gosselin is 'pleased' that Jon Gosselin returned $230,000! Are you?
Kate Gosselin is happy about getting Jon Gosselin to fork over the family funds.According to reports, her lawyer released a statement about Jon's returning cash he withdrew from the couple's joint bank account.
"We are clearly pleased that the monies taken by Mr. Gosselin have been returned to the marital account, and we look forward to recouping additional monies taken by Mr. Gosselin at the time of the parties' private arbitration hearings.
"A total of at least $235,000 was taken by Mr. Gosselin, and despite his initial comments denying responsibility, we have established that Ms. Gosselin needed emergency relief to prevent her economic claims from being compromised."
So much for that receipt for just $22,000 that he claimed to have on "The Insider," as proof of his withdrawal.
Guess Jon will have to find some other way to pay for his desired hair plugs and liposuction for his new career on TV. Too bad!

He did not even need to waste the courts time today if he would of just made sure the money was there Friday it could of been done then! He just wanted to have a big ole publicity stint AGAIN! Even had a little video of him on ET again already.....this guy is getting annoying! LMAO he can not even keep a lawyer in PA cause he is so messed up!
I think he should get a real job and Kate should pay him alimony...
I have watched this show from day 1. They were an adorable family, and yes, she was a super hyper about germs, etc. but really...who wouldn't be hyper wiht 8 kids, not counting Jon.
He re-married her, then 3 months later began an affair (with complete documentation) with a teacher. This girl was at their home when Kate was away WORKING,and I presume with the kids there, He has run thru so many women it's disgusting. Now he is riding around NYC with this party girl Hayley, kissing her, calling her his soul mate, and I can't help but wonder if he is being led down this path by this bimbo, her parents and the two greedy Heller boys.
He is really a pig, more so since the Heller father/son team got their hooks into what I assume they see as a gravy train. So far all their great ideas have backfired.
YES, he needs to keep his greedy hands off the money, and while he's at it, instead of trying to get the money SHE has earned with her books, speaking tours and work on the show, he should consider getting a job, perhaps hosting a WWF show, or something suitable for his personality and intellectual capacity. I think TLC was within their rights to dump him, and the sooner the better. The kids have never been censored , have clearly had fun with the crew who have changed diapers, held babies on their hips while filming, allowed the kids to "produce, direct and lead the Q & A", and without TLC the kids would never had the ability to travel, learn to ski, make cakes, visit dude ranches and the beach. Any of these so called experts who have probably never seen the show and think these kids are being abused are so wrong. The kids are great, free to say what they want, be naughty, nice or anything else they want to be, In addition, all the bedrooms, in fact the entire upstairs is off limits, we never see them in school or playing with their friends, the only time they are filmed is when they are outdoors or in the kitchen or basement. I have loved watching them grow up, and I am sure millions of young parents have found their behavior and Kate's response to them to be re-assuringly "normal". She is a great example of how to parent.
I wish I had had Kate's wisdom when my now 40 year old and 37 year old were that age.
Really, the less said about Jon the better, and shame on ABC for hiring this creep. I respect Kate, she is a fine mother, a great organizer, and a hard worker. Was she bitchy at the end of last season? YES, , but now we know why. Her darling husband was sleeping with the teacher...he's lucky she didn't talk about it on the sofa time. I would have.
This guy lied on national TV over and over and over again.
And he thinks we are going to believe anything that come out of that mouth of his?
And he is upset that Kate did not appear, "cause he wants to work together on this"
What a scum bag, I would not want to see him either...ever...
No wonder the only lawyer that will stay with him is also a dirtbag...
If you are taking her side, or his side in this mess, you are foolish and a sucker. You are playing into exactly what they, and the media want you to do.
There is only one legitimate side to this situation; the 8 kids who have had their lives turned upside down.
I am old enough to remember another faily tragedy (The Loud's) from the 70's. Like them, there is no happy ending for any of the Gosselin's.
Jon is sinking fast. He thinks he is only hurting Kate but actually he is doing more harm to his children than he is Kate. She is strong and determined and I don't think he can take her down with him. She will survive. His actions will affect the kids more in the long run. He can't see the big picture though and he has to have other people do his thinking for him. Sad thing about that is he is picking the wrong people to do the thinking. GO KATE!!!
I don't feel sorry at all for Jon; he has publicly humiliated his family and made an incredible fool of himself in "the court of public opinion" that he and his lawyer like to refer to. It's time he got a job if anybody will even hire him after the mess he has created; child support for 8 children is going to be quite hefty.
