Does Kevin Jonas want Danielle Deleasa to sign a pre-nup? Would you sign it?
But the Web rumors are that Kev just slapped Danielle with an ironclad prenup.
Sources say he (and his managers) have to protect the JoBro millions.
If the reports are to be believed, the fiancee isn't too happy about this request. They say Dani has not signed the prenup and is taking time to come "to terms with the request."
OK, we find it hard to believe that a prenup comes up only at the last minute. After all, they've been dating for a while, and this is probably something they would have already discussed.
But if this is true, not only is she buying a car without test-driving it, she's also not getting any money if it doesn't work?
That doesn't seem right.
Would you marry a man you hadn't road tested AND sign away your rights to his kazillions? Even a Jonas Brother?
Although many of his fans would probably be willing to pay him millions to marry them.

Yes, I would sign a pre-nup...what right do I have to the money the man earns? No more right than he has to anything of mine if we decide to stop sharing those things. What's the harm in signing one, if you are in love and confident it's going to last?
If you it all works out, it won't mean anything. If they end up divorced, this is money he has earned wtih his brothers. She shouldn't have a right to it.
And yes, I'd sign one.

Good for Kevin. Remember what happened to Paul McCartney? I bet he didn't think that he'd get divorced either. She took him for everything. If Danielle really loves Kevin, the money shouldn't matter. By the way, Kevin was always my favorite Jonas Brother.
When they get married, anything he earns automatically becomes theirs, because they are married. A pre-nup does nothing but tell her that whatever he earns is his, and his only. That's not what a healthy married couple does. I'm married, and whatever I earn is his, and vice versa. If he trusts her so much and knows who she is, then there should be no need for one to begin with. If he really thinks it could one day take a turn for the worse then DON'T GET MARRIED. It's pretty simple. If Danielle loved him then it wouldn't matter, well that's a two way road. She's also entitled to money he earns while they are married, and what if he's the one that screws up, she's left with nothing. If he cheats, she doesn't get compensated for that broken marriage at all...
Yes, I would sign it. He does not seem like the type of guy that would make her do without even if they divorce. I trust him. I can understand her shock, though.
Honestly, why should she NOT sign one? Just because they're in love, and they're happy, doesn't mean that won't change in the future. Love comes and goes. Sometimes it doesn't always last as long as you would want it to. The money that Kevin and his brothers make, is hard earned, and something they all split from their work. She doesn't go out and perform every single night and overwork herself every day of the week. Don't get me wrong, as above said, she works as a hairdresser. But she doesn't go through half of the things that those boys do everyday. ANY girl who marrys those boys, should sign a prenup. I most definately would. It's THEIR money, not anyone elses.(:

As said above, if Danielle loves Kev, then signing that prenup shouldnt be a problem. He is just protecting what he has earned and worked hard for in case something would happen. Kevin, along with Nick and Joe, have all said that they dont believe in divorce so the prenup will most likely never have to be used. With the way people are today they'd do anything for money, even marry someone they dont love, i'm not saying thats the case here but i'm sure that the boys in any relationship they were in have questioned at least once "is this person with me because of who i am or because i'm a Jonas Brother and rich" Kevin is just being careful, and i dont blame him...its his money...he earned it. I'd sign the prenup for sure, and Danielle should do the same.
