Kate Gosselin's L.A. heavyweight lawyer Marty Singer is
apparently gunning for Jon Gosselin and his lawyer, Mark Heller, after Jon allegedly withdrew $200,000
from the family joint bank account, which would be in violation of a court order, according to reports.
Guess we now know how Jon paid for this fancy new highlights he got in L.A. this weekend. He happily showed his new style and hue off at the Millions of Milkshakes event.
RadarOnline.com broke the story this weekend that Jon removed $200,000 from their bank account, despite a court order prohibiting it.
Kate reportedly hired Lavely & Singer after she got overdraft notices
In his letter to Jon's lawyer, Singer warned: "We demand the immediate return to the account of all monies improperly withdrawn by your client. If you and your client fail to comply with this demand, you do so at your peril."
He's not kidding, guys.

Everyday news surrounding Jon & Kate Gosselin gets uglier and uglier, to the point that I'm afraid they're headed to some great tragedy. Hope I'm wrong. Hope the parents wake up tomorrow to realize they have eight children who need parental guidance and they turn it around.
Money will come and go, but children are for a lifetime.
