Balloon Boy's dad is a longtime prankster. Check him out on 'Laughing Gas.'

It seems that Balloon boy's family has a long  -- and not so funny -- history of playing pranks.

RadarOnline.com has never-before-seen video footage of Balloon Boy's dad, Richard Heene, on a pilot for a show called "Laughing Gas." 

In the skit, Heene is sitting on the sofa of a nail salon as he secretly films another participant pranking the salon owner. 

Boy, these folks are a laff riot, aren't they? 

Maybe they can hook up with Jon Gosselin and Nadya Suleman. 

We can foresee the new cast of the next season of "I'm a Celebrity! Get Me Out of Here."
