Taylor Swift USED to be a Kayne West fan. Now she loves Beyonce more.
"Well, I was standing on stage because I was really excited because I had just won the award," she told reporters. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that."
That's a nice way of saying she was mortified and devastated.
"I don't know him, and I've never met him, so ..." she said. "I don't want to start anything because I had a great night tonight."
She also thanked Beyonce (who won video of the year), who invited her back onstage to finish her speech.
"Before the talented artist, the superstar, she's always been a great person," Taylor said. "And I just, I thought I couldn't love Beyonce more, then tonight happened and it was just wonderful."
(Updated 1:20 p.m.) According to TMZ, Beyonce's camp went into remedy mode stat.
Almost "immediately" after her subway car performance was over, Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles talked to Taylor outside her dressing room
According to Taylor's rep, Mathew wanted to see how Taylor was doing and figure out a way to make up for it that night.

Good job! Taylor didn't accept the apology but also didn't bite back, that's how a self respectful young lady should handle a horrific situation like that. She is also really funny!
While watching the award show it discusted me to no end that Kanye West jumped on stage to express his opinion as to who should have won the video of the year award, and then shortly after offered an apology stating that he realized he was wrong dirrectly after he made the statement. Where was security? These circus clowns should be banned permanently from the award shows after disrupting the programming. In the past I have watched the award shows many times but when the guest start running the shows I will switch channels.
This is simply another example of people being given too much money and not having enough brains to go with it. This guy is rude beyond words and dare I say he feels like only a certain people should receive awards-HOW DARE HE AND really who does he thinks he is? Nothing but a jerk... needs lessons in manners and most likely he can't read , write or spell so all the comments posted won't matter....THIS IS WHERE OUR NATION IS HEADED
What Kayne West did was wrong bottom line. He has some issues that needs to be worked out.. American's attitude needs to be checked. There is rudeness every where like Congressman Wilson's outburst during President Obama's speech. Everyone has there own opinion, but we all need to know how to express them with manners and respect. We all have issues in this world and we all need to learn how to work together and support our each other, and agree to disagree with some manners!!!
