When ABC News overhears an OTR remark President Obama made during an interview Monday with rival CNBC and posts it to Twitter, that's when.
As reported on Top of the Ticket, in the wake of Kanye West's antics Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards, Obama weighed in on the controversy, calling the hip-hop star a "jackass."
Moran later took down his tweet, and ABC has apologized to Obama.
