Jon Gosselin whines that Kate called him a 'lame fish.' Um, that's lame duck, Jon
Jon Gosselin has had it with Kate Gosselin's constant nagging and criticism.
"I took a lot of abuse from her. I was put down," he says on ABC's "Good Morning America." "She'll call me, like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn't going anywhere."
That's lame duck. And dead fish. Get your insulting metaphors straight.
Somewhere Kate is laughing....
He complains that she often left him with their eight kids to take care of while she was out making money publicizing her books.
"Well, excuse me, I'm taking care of the kids. She's on book tours, she's doing all these things. You know, she's gone a week. You know, comes back... packs up and leaves again," Gosselin, 32, told GMA. "I'm standing there like, 'Oh, OK. Your mom's gone again.'"

Never seen the show... but from what's been out... they're both lame... and both poor excuses for parents.
He is not very articulate, is he.
Instead of your childish attack on a wrong metaphor quote (and it may have been Kate who got it wrong), what about the witnessed verbal and physical abuse by Kate over the past four years??
If Jon had slapped Kate like that, or spoke to her like she did to him, what would you be saying?

Jon is beyond lame. I'm sure he and Kate fought even worse when the TLC cameras were not around -- going all the way back to the arrival of the sextuplets. Jon is not a man, he's an overgrown teen-ager, spoiled to the hilt. He spent a lot of time resenting her for wanting another kid and ending up with six. (NEWS FLASH: You didn't have to put anything into the cup, Jon. Since you did, you're equally responsible.)
Pity that those kids will have to grow up with such a jerk for a father. Did you hear him on the show Monday, whining that "taking care of 9 people is a lot of work" when it's his turn for custody. Puh-lease. He's lazy and selfish.
Jon is clearly passive aggresive. He loves to play the victim. At any time in that marriage he could have set the tone on how he wanted to be treated. Instead he acts like the child he is and throws tantrums or whines.
Yeah... there's nothing sadder than watching a "lame" fish struggling along on a set of crutches.

Obviously he hooked up with Hailey, who probably demonized Kate, then to ease his own conscience Jon pulled away from Kate.
I've watched every show twice or more, and he was often mean to her, and selfish about doing what he wanted, like skating away, or going to ski by himself, when he was on outdoor duty with the kids.
I know she belittled him at times, but considering the hassel of all those little kids, darling though they may be, she kept them clean, and cute, and tried to help them be good people.
I doubt if 99 percent of women could have done as well, or kept smiling the way she has.

Kate doesnt take alot of cr*p & has a take charge tude. All the stuff we have seen from her prob. has built over the years having to take care of everything herself cause Jon just sits back. He just doesnt have that take charge tude.
He could of left her instead of cheating I mean come on. The only reason he left now was he got caught on film.

So as long as these kids have a $1M dollar roof over their heads and all the toys they want we are to assume they are well taken care of? Their parents have decided to air not only their own personal affairs but that of their children's on television - and forever on the Internet. How is this acceptable and where are the children's rights? And when parents are incapable of making sound decisions, when does the state step in to inquire?
No, they aren't being physically abused. But they've been stripped of one of the most important rights every human being owns the minute their born - their privacy. And there's no end in sight. This is truly sad.
He typifies the American Badass, circa 2009: Flip flops, bad haircut, shrewish wife, cheap girlfriend, more kids than he can support, talent optional.
