Ouch! Avril Lavigne kicks hubby Deryck Whibley out of their $9.5-million house
Rumors of marital trouble have been swirling for months around rocker Avril Lavigne, 25, and her musician hubby, Deryck Whibley, 29.
Now Us reports that the couple have split and Lavigne has kicked Whibley out of their 12,000-square-foot, $9.5-million Bel-Air house.
So much for "My Happy Ending."
"She told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on," a source tells Us Weekly. "Divorce papers will be filed any day now."
No comments from either party's reps.

Avril, you married very young, and he is not that good-looking. but i know looks aren't everything, but maybe his character is not so good too?? good luck.
I am sorry to hear this news, they seemed like a great couple, but with them both being apart so often when they both have different touring schedules it makes it difficult to maintain a strong relationship.
