Pharmacist refused Anna Nicole Smith's 'pharmaceutical suicide' prescriptions
Five days after Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel, died, a prescription for 300 tabs of methadone, two forms of sedatives, a muscle relaxer and four bottles of a "hospital heroin" painkiller came faxed to a Valley Village pharmacy.
The pharmacist called Smith's internist and refused to fill the script, calling the mix "pharmaceutical suicide."
But someone must have filled it. According to a full report on L.A. Now, five months later, Smith overdosed on prescription medications -- a lot of them.
A Florida medical examiner found nine drugs present in her system when she died on Feb. 8, 2007, and blamed her death on "acute combined drug intoxication."
The pharmacist's warning is just one piece of evidence that has been revealed thanks to unsealed court records in the ongoing investigation of Smith's death.

The affidavits also allege that Smith's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and her internist, Sandeep Kapoor, provided addictive drugs to Smith, a woman with a drug problem.
But it gets kinkier. Court documents also claim both doctors had inappropriate contact with Smith.
There's a video of Smith kissing and making out with her internist at a party, and photos of the model naked in a tub with Eroshevich were found on Smith's computer.
Maybe it was a new form of therapy?
In March, Los Angeles prosecutors charged both doctors and Smith's boyfriend/lawyer, Howard K. Stern, with conspiring to provide her with controlled substances. All have pleaded not guilty.

Anna Nicole Smith had sex with Dr.Eroshevich and Dr.Kapoor in order to get RX. drugs. What else is new? Anna used and abused people to get money and drugs. She married J.H Marshall aged 90. She wanted his money and he wanted a young woman. Anna's name is a synonym for dirty scandals and immoral behavior. R.I.P.

Howard has been cautious and intelligent. The always it sought the same old way to do to everyone its complicate, intent by third party media to cause to pretend the events. Provided that I was working with Anna see a camara of video and was recorded all the time, alone with the idea to use these as proof in a future when this at last obtained the inheritance that never arrive at its hands.

One import thing is that Howark K Stern and Anna Nicole Smith was not rich as everyone think. A lot of people out there think that Howard K Stern is a Powerfull man and him is not.
