VIDEO: Adam Lambert says thank you for supporting arts education in public schools
Adam Lambert (with some funky new facial hair) thanks his friends and fans (in the above video) for contributing to his fundraising contest on Donorschoose.org, a charity that helps support arts programs in public schools.
"We raised over $224,000," Lambert says of the overwhelming support for the program. "This has been really, really amazing."
He also asks that everyone continue to log on and make contributions in his name --- or your own -- to keep funding arts programs in public classrooms.
Good cause. Great guy! We love you, Adam!

Adam's fans not only love him for his talent, but also for his heart. I cannot wait for his album, his 2012 soundtrack, for the video I hope they produce and for his tour. Hopefully he will make movies as well. Maybe the Freddy Mercury bio for starters. With Adams #1 pre order for his album we are happy fans. Adam just finished the Idol tour and brought us entertainment for 52 shows. he was amazing, now we await the next exciting chapter.
