Talk about going back to your roots.
Jerry Seinfeld, George (Jason Alexander), Kramer (Michael Richards) and Elaine (Julia Louis Dreyfus) will join forces with "Seinfeld" creator Larry David for Season 7 of his hit HBO comedy, "Curb Your
Enthusiasm."
According to EW, the guest appearances begin in episode 3 and are sprinkled
over five of the season's 10 episodes.
And the story is about taping a big "Seinfeld" reunion with a
touch of Larry trying to get his wife, Cheryl, back.
The actors say it wasn't hard to slip back into their alter
egos. "Just before we shot that scene, I said to Jerry and Julia, 'I don't know
if I can be George. I haven't tried him on in a while,' " Alexander, tells EW. "And it was freaky how it just came
right back out."
Richards stepped right back in easily in part because he'd kept Kramer's shoes. "Once I got those
shoes on, and I'm standing behind the door of Jerry's apartment, I was ready."
Who else will appear on the new season? Meg Ryan, Rosie
O'Donnell, Elisabeth Shue, Sherry Stringfield, Christian Slater, Sharon
Lawrence as well as the return of Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen and, of course,
Richard Lewis.
The premiere of "Curb" will take place on the Paramount Studios lot on Sept. 15, with a star-studded party to follow.
