Robin Wright Penn files for divorce from Sean Penn. AGAIN!!!!!

Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce from her husband, award-winning actor/writer/director Sean Penn.

According to People, the divorce papers state that the couple agree to joint custody of their son, Hopper Jack, 16, and division of all property. Their daughter, Dylan Frances, 18, goes off to college this year.

The reason for the split? The usual "irreconcilable differences."

Interestingly, Wright Penn is not seeking spousal support

Married since 1996, the couple have had a rocky relationship, filing divorce papers recently not once, but twice.

The actress told More magazine that she has no plans to reconcile. "I hit that crossroad a while ago," she said. "I know what I don't want."

Well, it's about time.
