Melanie Griffith is back in rehab. Third time's a charm?

Actress  Melanie Griffith is back in rehab.

She's checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah. This is her third rehab sojourn.

"She is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy," her rep Robin Baum tells People. "This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago." 

Regular rehabs as part of an ongoing health plan? Wow. Only in Hollywood.
