Before her death, Farrah Fawcett and Lee Majors spoke, after 23 years
After 23 years of silence, Lee Majors and Farrah Fawcett spoke on the phone four months ago.
According to Us Weekly, Majors, who had been too nervous about contacting her, finally called her for the first time around her birthday.
"They had a 40-minute phone conversation about her life and the cancer, and it was such a lovely moment for the two of them," a source told the mag. "I guess it was a very good conversation. They joked, and they got a little bit emotional."
The source adds: "I think it was good given the current situation [for] closure, otherwise they never would've spoken again. I think he always wanted to talk to her again, but he was just afraid to speak to her before."
Farrah wed the "Six Million Dollar Man" in 1973, and they separated in 1979. When Fawcett was first diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006, Majors attempted to contact her indirectly.
The source tells Us, "He would send funny messages to her through friends, and she would do the same, and it was very sweet."

I am happy that the two of them spoke he'd have never forgiven himself had he not. I kinda feel sorry for his present wife, she is pretty but she sure isn't any Farah, but then she is all alone, nobody could ever replace Farah I am happy he found her, she won't ever be able to replace Farah but at least he isn't alone. Its cute how he got msg's through to her, too bad they never got to see each other again, I commend him so very much on his reaching out to her and especially on his attending her funeral it is no secret he still loved her. I am sure anyone who was ever in her pressence would never get over her, and he can always say he was her husband as she never ever remarried that spoke volumes to me!
I too think it was nice that he got in contact. It brought a closure and they ended up as friends. I do not, however, think he is still pining for Farrah. He has never looked happier than he has been with his wife Faith. Their photographs show how at ease and in love they are with each other. RIP Farrah, you fought a brave battle.
Why would you feel sorry for Lee Majors current wife. As if it matters how you look, or as if looks determine if the marriage will work out. Very naive statement, in my opinon. It was awesome that Lee and Farrah were able to connect before her death. I know they were both pleased to have connected.
I know for a fact Lee and his current wife have a wonderful marriage and she's a beautiful person inside and out. Lee and Farrah were married the year Faith was born so give her a break. Lee and Farrah divorced such a long time ago people need to move on.
Lee always loved farrah and that is the truth of the matter...she was one of a kind...i think that she always knew that she did lee wrong..but thankfully they could reconnect before she died....
