Lady Gaga is talking about how heartbroken she is after her breakup with an L.A. model/entrepreneur/whatever named Speedy. The couple met on the set of her "Love Game" music video.

She told the British newspaper the Sun, "Do you know the feeling of your heart being so terribly broken you can feel the blood dripping out? ... When you have felt this, only then you know how I'm doing."
The end reportedly came after he saw the Sun's photos of her snogging another fellow, which no doubt was just part of her act that night.

Probably last straw, maybe other things. You aren't in love if you don't get at least a bit jealous, how many guys does she bump into every day that want to make time with her? Poor guy probably had had enough. For her part I know selling her sex appeal is part of the act, and even if she slept with a different guy every night, like any girl there will be times she just wants to fall in love in a normal relationship.
I adore Lady Gaga, her talent is stellar, and find everything about her sexy as hell, though if fate ever saw us get together I'm sure I'd be in for a real rough ride. If you could even handle the life they live, many stars we see as perfect on a stage are neurotic or have other personality faults we are not aware of, and there are our own faults we'd love to deny too. Still, LGG, if you're bored in San Diego sometime, look me up. No, really!
