Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri split. Will Janet take Michael Jackson's kids?
Janet ÂJackson's longtime boyfriend, music exec Jermaine Dupri, was not at Michael Jackson's memorial.
It was a noticeable absence. Insiders say the pair have split and that they "have been moving in different directions for a while."
Apparently, it was the mix of "business with pleasure," a mutual pal explains to Us magazine. "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things sepaÂrate."
Jackson has other things on her mind. "She's busy caring for Michael's kids. Janet's the family's backbone," says Us' source.

"It was very important for him to be in control of every aspect of his life," Gatlin says. She recalls Michael saying, "I would want my mother to have everything; have my children, everything. And if she wasn't able, then he trusted his sister Janet to take his children."
"He wanted his children to have everything," she continues, adding that in regards to his will, "He was changing everything."

Now as news comes that Janet could be a good mother to Michael's children, here comes this article talking about a rumored split. The most painful thing in this life is Gossip and I have to admit that all of those in mourning now are the same ones believing the gossip that trash magazines and media was putting out about Michael. Though Janet would possibly be a good mother whose to say that there is any truth to any of the rumors. Personally I am glad Michael is gone to Glory, now he can rest in peace. I have to agree with MJ is in glory. Gossip sells because we buy. STOP right now and let the family grieve in peace. The family is best to raise them kids. I think God took Michael because the vultures were gone do him in and God protected him. This is the first time in Michael's 50 years that he has had perfect peace.
