Forget the Hogans: Get ready for 'The Lamas Life'!

ShaunaSan_Gregg_605121_600

And you thought the Hogan family -- the bitter divorce, Linda dating an 18-year-old, Hulk Hogan dating a woman his daughter's age -- was pretty heinous.

Get ready for the lewd and lascivious "The Lamas Life."

Not too familiar with the Lamas clan?

Here's the scoop. Former "Renegade" and "Falcon Crest" star Lorenzo Lamas -- the son of Arlene Dahl and Fernando Lamas ("fine Corinthian leather" and "you look mahvelous") hasn't spoken to his son A.J. since 2003 reports of his affair with Lorenzo's fourth ex-wife, stripper Shauna Sands.

But, thank God, their touching "reconciliation" is being documented by E! for this season's reality-TV train wreck "The Lamas Life."

"There is a chance we can make things better -- through the circumstances of a television show," Lorenzo tells the New York Post.

Yeah, maybe make the circumstances of their bank accounts better too.

Keep reading for more Lamas lore.

AJLamas_Jamie_3623369_600 "The Lamas Life" also peeks into the private lives of another ex-wife Michelle Smith and daughters Dakota (an aspiring singer ) and Shayne ( ABC's "The Bachelor").

But the icing on the family cake is the father-son nightmare.

Though both men insist A.J. never had inappropriate relations with his stepmom, Lorenzo admits, "there are certain things that he did, certain actions that he undertook that had severe consequences. I just didn't want to be his friend."

Says A.J., pictured at left: "Me and my father have always been best friends, or worst enemies, since I was a kid. He has always been Superman, I have always been Lex Luthor."

Yikes. So is Shauna the Kryptonite?

What do you think? Will you watch this show?

sounds juicy - beautiful women, handsome guys, no big thinking, perfect for 2009

Um - I think 'fine corinthian leather' was Ricardo Montalban, not Fernando 'you look mahvelous' Lamas

"Fine Corinthian leather" was Ricardo Montalban in the Chrysler Cordoba commercials. I'm not sure if Fernando Lamas ever actually said "You look mahvelous," or if it was just Billy Crystal doing his "Hernando" character on SNL.
