'Twilight' hearthrob Robert Pattinson creates stir on set of 'Remember Me'
"Twilight" hunk Robert Pattinson is causing traffic jams and crowds in New York, where he's already shooting scenes for his new film, "Remember Me," costarring Emilie de Ravin from "Lost."
A crowd of 200 gathered outside NYU's Silver Center of Arts & Science after fans texted, tweeted and called their friends to get to downtown Manhattan, like, NOW!
Pattinson was being being filmed walking down the street while talking to a friend, smoking a cigarette and holding a cup of coffee.
This guy is truly an incredible talent. (Just joking. Don't kill me. Please!)
The crowd of girls, some of whom had skipped school and arrived at 9 a.m. to watch their beloved "Twilight" star, told EW that they were tipped off by onlocationvacations.com.

I could barely look at the these photos of all of this madness that were posted on various websites. It was painstakingly horrifying to see someone violated like that. There should definitely be laws about celebrities and paparazzi/fans...how is this not stalking or invasion of privacy? I understand that he has reduced expectation of privacy because his occupation puts him in the public eye but uninvited physical contact should not be tolerated.
