Robert Pattinson was hit by a taxi cab on Thursday while running away from hysterical fans.

RadarOnline.com witnessed the "Twilight" star get clipped by a cab around noon in front of the Strand Bookstore on Broadway and 12th Street.
According to their report, he was not hurt.
Five security guards tried in vain to protect him from a pack of teenage girls when Robert left the bookstore where he had been shooting and headed out into the street.
