Oh NO! Will Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt replace Speidi on 'I'm a Celebrity...'?

And that's why Spencer and Heidi Pratt want out of this darn reality show, pronto!

Jeepers, wasn't it bad enough that these two had to wear medical masks to protect them from swine flu during their music video shoot in Mexico a few weeks ago? 

Rumors are flying about whether Spencer and Heidi Pratt will a.) leave Costa Rica, b.) bunk down at the Four Seasons, or c.) be replaced by a rumored sister act involving Heidi's sister Holly Montag and Spencer's sister Stephanie Pratt.

Oh gosh, someone please help us.

My money is definitely not on the latter. After running into these sisters at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, I can't see those two fighting off venomous bugs and howler monkeys in Costa Rica.
