Did Bret Michaels' cowboy hat cause his embarrassing Tony injury?
"Rock of Love" reality star Bret Michaels appeared onstage during the Tony Awards with his band Poison and the cast of Broadway's "Rock of Ages."
Everything was going so well until he reportedly missed his mark after performing Poison's hit "Nothin' but a Good Time."
Missed it? See it here!
He was knocked to the ground, felled by a lowering piece of scenery that he probably did not see because of his trademark cowboy hat.
He did not break his nose, as has been reported.
A publicist told People that Michaels was hoping to hit some after-parties but was busy "getting X-rays." Calling him "a trooper," she added that Michaels "had a blast performing."
Until he got walloped by that mean old scenery.
If you were him, would you sue? We're so betting on it.

It is totally because of his hat preventing his peripheal vision from seeing the stage prop coming down on him. Not that he would have been able to do much but hit the deck, or do a flying leap forward. He just missed his timing all together and his hat probably saved him from seeing what he was about to feel.
So... Think this had anything to do with his Anurism?
