Miley is auctioning off four VIP tickets for A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic presented by Disney on June 7 at the Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles.

The tickets are exclusively available on CharityFolks.com. The proceeds benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

You and three guests can walk the star-studded red carpet with more than 100 of today's hottest celebs, including Ashlee Simpson, Brittany Snow, Heidi Klum, Jaime Pressly, Lauren Bosworth, Lauren Conrad, Pete Wentz, Rumer Willis and Selena Gomez.

Then you can go backstage for a special meet-and-greet and photo-op with superstar Miley.

 No, Radiohead will not be there. Sheesh.

To make the day even more amazing, you and your guests will sit in the front row for Miley's rockin' performance.

Each year, Hollywood's best-known celebrities volunteer as "heroes" working carnival-style game booths at this picnic. In past years, Tom Cruise was fair game in the dunk tank and Jack Nicholson was seen reading to kids in the storytelling area.
