Susan Boyle makes memories on 'Britain's Got Talent.' Or does she?

Susan Boyle, looking neatly plucked and very pretty, sang "Memory" from the hit Broadway show "Cats" on "Britains's Got Talent" this weekend.

She started off a bit shaky, her voice trembling slightly, but, gosh, who wouldn't be nervous?

Then she wowed the audience with her powerful finale that got a standing ovation

What do you think?

Is "Memory" as good as her first "I Dreamed a Dream?"

And what do you think of her new freshened-up look? We think it's pitch perfect.

She's wonderful. She looks great. That little hint of shaky confidence reminds me that since her first audition, she's been swept into stardom and before that. she had such a quiet life. God bless her and may she always enjoy seeing her dreams come true. And blessing us with her music.

Sorry, the song from Cats is called "Memory."

The song from "The Way We Were" is called "Memories."

Susan's new look may be "pitch perfect," but her singing was not, and her shimmy shake for Piers was downright disgusting. In short, Susan sucked.

She's a role model for anyone who wants to be a star! What a wonderful, beautiful voice to be heard in this century! She doesn't have to under dress or be screaming. Bring back the good ole singers who have a voice. By the way, where on TV in California, is the channel to see the British show Idol?

"Britain's Got Talent" is not on TV in California, Hazel, but it's everywhere online on YouTube.

Is "Memory" as good as her first, "I Dreamed a Dream?" In a word, no. Her shaky semi-final performance did not compare to her audition. And the initial shock factor is missing. Her 15 minutes of fame are just about over now.

Susan, i just loved you again!! Bravo!! Bravo!! You can't help but be a little nervous this time!!! Any one would be!!! I loved " i dreamed a dream better because i love the words but as you get more and more comfortible in a music studio you will make beautiful music i promise!!! I can't wait to buy your first album!!! You still make me cry!!! Thanks susan. Love , jeannie from Orange, new jersey usa

I just wanted to compliment BGT, for their respect shown to Janey Cutler, so what if she needed to be escorted on stage, she had never been there. She did her best, unlike some who want bravo's for eating chocolates? I really enjoy BGT. I also, like it that age doesn't matter. A real surprise in Janey. Stunning. At 80, she sure was brave. Awesome!
