Ms. Prejean is much too opinionated regarding the institution of marriage. She should use her energy towards other social issues that matter.

I think everyone is missing the point here. Go look at the photo - is this really a big deal? How do we even know she was topless? Maybe there were pasties. Its a sexy, but classy and tasteful picture: not pornography.

I respect the opinions of both sides of this issue, and I don't see why anyone cares this much about gay marriage to start with (disclosure: I voted no on 8). We all must live with the consequences of our statements: but she is young: give her a break, let her enjoy the "runner up" thing and move on to the next issue/ hypocrisy.

It is amazing the clown asked a hot question and doesn't have the decency to graciously accept her respectable answer. He responds by calling her a "*****"...I respond by calling him dork, idiot, mush for brains and generally one of the nastiest people I've ever see in the media.

As for the "nude" photo - please, it is no way distasteful. People need to get lives.

This post is either knowingly false or else displays Miss Snead's misunderstanding of the Fair Use principle of copyright law as is referenced in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

What Ms. Snead does not say is that the NOM has the right, whether they use it or not, to challenge the Miss Universe Org. for the incredibly small portion of the pageant footage that they used.

This is why Perez Hilton's spurious claim for copyright was rebuffed by NOM's lawyers.
