Kanye West -- who hates books -- has written one?

Kanye West has written a book.
The only question is, why?
The Grammy Award winner -- an avowed non-reader -- has a 52-page spiral-bound book coming out called, "Thank You and You're Welcome." The book – which features some pages with just a sentence and some totally blank pages – purports to contain his philosophy ("Kanye-isms") of life.
For instance, "Life is 5% what happens and 95% how you react!"
And "I hate the word hate!"
Or his fave: "Get used to being used."
West has never been a book fan. He hates to read. It gets in the way of life. Heck, he's not even a fan of Twitter.
"I am a proud non-reader of books. I like to get information from doing stuff like actually talking to people and living real life," he tells Reuters.
West, a college dropout, says his lack of reading gave him "a childlike purity" when it came to writing a book.
Which may explain why the book reads like it was written by a pretentious 10-year-old.
Kanye's late mother was a college English lit professor before becoming his manager. The book is dedicated to her.
Wonder what grade she'd give it?

As an English teacher, Kanye West's comments make my blood boil. He's the perfect example of alliterate at its worse, and yes alliterate.
He needs to stop or children who look at him as a role model will follow
It's good he dropped out of college because that was a waste of his mother's money.
Kanye West is the least talented, least intelligent, least interesting "celebrity" (I can't really call him a musician) that I know of. I suggest a ballot initiative banning him and all of his "product" from the state.
