'Jon & Kate Plus 8' under investigation for child labor law complaint!
Jon and Kate Gosselin's problems just multiplied.
The Pennsylvania Department of Labor confirmed Friday that an investigation is being conducted to determine if the show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" on TLC is violating child labor laws.
"We're not saying that they are not complying with child labor laws. We're investigating a complaint," Troy Thompson of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor told Us. "We're not saying that there was or was not a violation, just that we're conducting an investigation."
The reality show reportedly earns Jon and Kate (gulp!) $50,000 to $75,000 an episode. Wonder if their kids get paid too?
And wonder who filed that complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor?
Coincidentally, Kate's brother and sister-in-law spoke out this week about the toll the show is taking on the eight kids.
"They're being viewed as a commodity," Kevin Kreider, Kate's younger brother, said Wednesday on CBS' "The Early Show."
Added his wife, Jodi Kreider: "They're being exploited, and it's time for America to see the situation for what it really is."
Ah, family. Ain't it grand? Your thoughts?

I think that is terrible. The one thing i do know is that those kids look very happy, heatlhy and safe. they do not look like they are being abused or neglected in any way. Leave the Gossleins alone.
Kate and Jon can be nasty to eachother but if your life wa vedioed what would it be like on T.V. I' am not saying that they should be off of T.V for labr laws becuse they are just documenting their lives and it happens to be on T.V. so I think they are doing the best they can.Just remember everone makes mistakes.
