TMZ just happened to get a shot of Jon Gosselin knocking back a beer with two
lady friends at Front Street bar in Newburgh, N.Y., on Memorial Day.
And surprise, there goes Kate -- minus Jon -- plus a chunk of their eight -- getting off a ferry on Bald Head Island, N.C.

It looks like Jon and Kate are not even trying to make their marriage work. How sad for the children. In any interview, written or live, Kate basically says this is all Jon's fault. Whether or not he cheated is the least of their problems. She says everything she does is for the kids: live, eat, breathe, work. She has completely taken Jon and her marriage out of the equation. Granted, they have a lot of kids. But most marriage experts will tell you that parents cannot devote their ENTIRE lives to their children. Time must be spent on the spouse and the marriage. I am still very disappointed in TLC for continuing this. My rose colored glasses are off now. They (maybe all of them), are in it for the money! Shame on all of them.

Media is a demon. We have no way of verifying the info. Just have the pics and the info they post. Leave them alone and leave them to figure out their own existence. The children are the important piece here. Not the parents. Regardless of what the parents signed up to do, the children did not. Give them some privacy. Let them grow up and decide for themselves if they want the publicity/attention. Marital problems are devastating enough to the couple. Do not underestimate the impact it is having on children.
