Is Kate Hudson getting so desperate for a guy that she's scooping up Madonna's leftovers?
The divorced actress is rumored to be playing the field with Madge's former main man, controversial New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.
The new odd couple met at the reopening of the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach last fall. And she was photographed at Friday's game at the new Yankee Stadium.
But the post-game celebratory action really has folks talking.
According to the New York Post, things got hot and heavy later at the Mustang Grill on Second Avenue. A bartender at the SW food joint was reportedly "asking patrons not to go in the back room around 1 a.m. because A-Rod and Kate Hudson were back there making out."
A source tells the Post that the odd couple was seen last weekend outside A-Rod's apartment on Central Park West.
No comments from either party's reps. Because really, what on earth could they say?

arod was really really desparate dumbing the wife & scooping up guy ritchies desert leftovers, going from prostitutes to madonna is kinda kinky for arod. hudsons wasting her time with this loser, he'll bring her down so bad she'll just be a joke, no guy will take her seriously after madrod.
i think both of those need to take a AIDS test all they do is screw. They dont care they just busting a nut. and kate is nothing but a hoe all she want is to bust a nut she need to spend time with her son instead of running behind arod.And as for arod he need to focus on his game
