Did Madonna out-wacky-chapeau Sarah Jessica Parker?

Madonna

Madonna looks ready for Neverland at the Costume Institute Gala, the big New York fashion event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art themed "The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion."

Is it just us, or does she look like the love child of Tinkerbell and Captain Hook? We have no idea what that twisted, wadded-up turquoise napkin is doing on her head.

We haven't seen a hat this silly since Sarah Jessica Parker paraded her acorn-thistle contraption at the "Sex and the City: The Movie" premiere in London.

If you've forgotten, keep reading to see it.

Yuck. Madonna is the world's biggest attention wh*re. Grow up!

How to look 50 and Tragically Tinkerbell.

And keep in mnd that although many people would have nightmares about finding themselves dressed that way at the Met, she deliberately chose to do that to herself.

It's from Marc Jacobs and LV. She's the model for their current ad campaign. It's part of her job.

Madonna wore the scrunched up napkin on her head to draw attention away from her wrinkled/flabby arms. Someone please get that woman some sleeves!

That's not Madonna - that's "Regine Filange, pretending she is little French dominatrix girl".

Madonna is giving the photographer the middle finger while she hides it in this photograph.

SJP's was a cute and at least looked finished. Madonna's looks like a rag on the top of her head. Yuck.

That is the sexiest outfit Madonna apperaed in for many many years. Awesome boots! Loved it.
