I thought Barack Obama said pretty much the same thing as Miss Cali? Didn't he state that he was not for Gay Marriage? Didn't he? I know it is hard to tell because Michelle looks like a man......but really Barack Obama is not Pro GAY Marriage.
It is coverage such as this--publicly degrading Carrie while failing to take Perez to task for his obvious 'hate speech'--that caused me to dump my LA Times subscription years ago.

Didn't realize Pelosi was the master mind behind torture but I am sure you would love it if it was true. As for Obama being against gay marriage. I don't see him setting up press conferences, commercials about his stance. But you know, he would have no choice to vote yes on gay marriage because Constitution disputes this. So far 4 states have made gay marriage legal. Ms. Prejean can hold her breath until she turns blue. Gay marriage will be legal.
I've been a professional photographer for over 25 years. I my years of experience I have been in several situations where the elements be it rain, cold or wind would compromise the models modesty.
I was doing one shoot in Portland Oregon with a model, it was a typical drizzling day. The model was wearing a white dress and using a red umbrella as a prop. We got caught in a sudden down poor. Some where in running for cover and resuming the photo shoot the models breasts could be seen through her dress. I mentioned to her the current condition of her dress and gave her the option to take a break and get dried off. Some what embarrassed she opted to get dried off , she also had her sister there to assist her.
I have also been in photo shoots where an art director wants a clothing change and the model simply turns her back to the crew to quickly change.
Shooting out doors using natural light, I could understand some horny voyeuristic photographer, how he would have ample opportunities to snap off some extra shots without being noticed.
I believe there is a degree of professionalism lacking in the profession especially within blanket model release that many photographers and videographers use.
I believe, photographers do not have a blanket right to publish any and all photographs they take. Photographers need to have integrity, respecting the wishes of the model.

I do not believe her. There is only one photo that really looks like it was taken candidly- she's posing in all the others released so far. The sweater vest she's wearing is so tiny it was never supposed to cover her up, there wouldn't need to be any wind for her boobs to be hanging out. Her intent in the photos seems pretty clear- this was no mistake. What photos is she talking about being photo shopped?
I believe Miss Cali should lose her crown, Vanessa Williams had give back her crown because she had taken pictures when she was a teenager

Isn't time to stop trying to ruin women's lives based on silly photos? And, what is the schock?? Carrie's whole career is about selling her image, her body, her beauty! Go and write about something else. Do want to point out if that Perez Hilton ever realized he was the ugly one and thus there was no escaping that pretty Prejean
would win and come out looking like a rose. Perez Hilton looks like a sexist pig taking advantage of a naive beautiful all American young woman. He single made sure that everyone remembers that the majority doesn't support the gay marriage thing, in particular the President of the US. But, Mr. HIlton, doesn't care about the gay community or right, he just cares about getting public attention for himself. Next time, he should pick on an ugly person maybe he stands a better chance there. You go prejean and may the gay community find a better advocate.
