Carrie Prejean retains Miss California crown! Tami Farrell gets her own!

Carrie wins; it's over.

And the farcicial shenanigans of scandalous Keith Lewis (ask Christina Silva, who sued Lewis and the organization on grounds of pageant rigging and racial bias) and Playboy playmate Shanna Moakler (nice having Shanna trying to make moral judgments on anyone) have set back the gay marriage movement substantially.

This was an atrocious witch hunt which began with Perez Hilton's loaded question and his score of 0 which cost Carrie her rightful Miss USA crown.

Justice has been done here, and the only thing that Trump should announce tomorrow is that Lewis and Moakler are "fired" from the Miss California panel for there pathetic, agenda-driven inanity. They have shamed themselves, the Miss California pageant and Trump's name for being associated with them.

Gay marriage is a serious matter. Let's hope that Keith Lewis,' Shanna Moakler's and Perez Hilton's juvenile stunts don't ruin the chances of the issue getting its fair discussion in the public.

Because if a similar measure to Prop 8 passes in 2010, I think many will be laying the blame on the above mention trio's idiotic meddling.

Carrie should not communicate with these buffoons any longer. They have precluded that from occurring with their deceitful, shameful ploy.

Congratulations, Carrie -- you have beaten the forces of bigotry and all Californians -- not just the majority which are with you on Prop 8 -- thank and cherish you. Looking forward to them making a "Carrie Prejean Day" in San Diego or thereabouts.

Prejean is thumbing her nose at the Miss California officials... the ones who paid for her breast implants, remember?

The issue here isn't her opinion on gay marriage, or her topless photos; the issue is that she's got responsibilities as Miss California that she's just blowing off. Failing to show up for appearances is a big no-no.

She is biting the hand that feeds her and telling young girls everywhere that it's fine to be irresponsible. She definitely deserves to lose her title but I doubt Trump will let her go.

This just goes to show what an absolute JOKE the Miss USA organization really is.

And why should she? Those same officials repeatedy trash her right after the pageant and has continue to do so, while acting like they care about her by blasting conservatives for supposedly exploiting her (which is dishonest given conservatives came to her defense against her attackers who wanted to exploit her themselves to get her to see things their way and do things their way on gay marriage issue).

If anything by them attacking her and probably outing her on breast implants and the supposedly nude pictures (which are no more nude than SI covers, which no one these day say are nudes)., it could be said Lewis, Moakler, etc., far more blatantly breach the deal then she. After all she would not have had to go into interviews to defend herself if they had not try to attack and publically humiliate her.

And they don't have much of a higher moral ground either to claim she lie (if they truly believe she was nude in those pictures, which is debatable given other folks in those types of photos hardly ever been considered nude these days).

Either they are lying now about her answer having nothing to do with her loss, or they, especially Moakler and Hilton, are lying earlier when they said she lost because they did not like her answer.

In litigation thereafter, the U .S. Supreme Court declared in,( Loving v. Virginia (1967) 388 U.S. 1); that, the freedom to marry is recognized as a vital [[ PERSONAL RIGHT ]] essential to the pursuit of happiness. As a result, that gay judge has violated the liberty rights of Carrie Prejean by condemning her pursuit of happiness to marry a MAN. The (NOM) can file suit against that gay judge, who slandered Carrie Prejean, because of her support for traditional marriage and for her pursuit of traditional happiness; because, that gay judges slanderous attack is meant to destroy Carrie's career, and livelihood, because of her LAWFUL pursuit of happiness (Meyer v. Nebraska (1923) 262 US 390). You see, Carrie didn't attack him, he attacked and slandered Carrie because she rejected his pursuit of happiness, and this the way all of you gay rabid dogs are, you exist to give us a problem, where we have none.

ALl of theother issues are mute. What is the only one that matters right now is the fact that she is not even available to be Miss California USA. Trump should dump.

If there can only be one answer to the question answered....why asked it? This sounds so "communist". After living in this country for years, I realize Americans not as narrow minded and intolerant as they claim to be. Just like this financial crises, the government lied and manipuated...We used to think of Americans as the smart, intelligent, open minded, big heart....not anymore, the society is full of hypocrisy....the rich get richer, all they care is the superficial glamour. Americans like to go around judging the world but can't accept even a little difference of opinion of a young contestant's polite honest personal answer? Eventually people will realize the Emperor has no clothes. Just like the Romans, this country will not be the leader sooner or later

Miss Malibu looks lovely and though I do not think any "Miss CA" is actually representing CA at all, I don't mind her filling in for Miss Prejean. It's all fluff; most people do not know who the current Miss USA or Miss [insert state here] is unless there is some sort of controversy anyway.
