'Twilight' hunk Kellan Lutz's secret passion, Rob Pattinson's nerves, Taylor Lautner's bod
"Twilight" hunk Kellan Lutz attended a fashiony event Tuesday night -- the swanky private dinner party at the Chateau Marmont -- hosted by tennis babe Maria Sharapova to launch the Maria Sharapova Sporting Collection for Cole Haan.
Besides the dishy dimpled Cullen vampire, the bash was populated by celebs including the uber-hot stylist Jen Rade, stars Nicole Richie, Ellen Pompeo, Josh Hartnett, Kerry Washington, and the women who are the buzz of this week's gossip blogs, Samantha and Charlotte Ronson.
But no sign of Samantha's crazed ex, Lindsay Lohan, even without that buzzed-about restraining order! Bummer. Wouldn't that have been drama.
But more about that later. ...
First, let's talk "Twilight."
Kellan told the Dish Rag that he was going snowboarding this weekend.
"I love snowboarding but I can't tell that to the studio because I'm not supposed to be snowboarding just before shooting."
Well, no one from Summit's gonna read The Dish Rag, so you can relax.
After the snowboarding, which we're not going to ever mention again, he has two weeks of shooting on the set of "New Moon." But it's pretty low-stress.
"This one is not about the vampires at all. It's more about the werewolves. Taylor's going to be great. He's really stepped up to the role and he deserves it."
He revealed that Taylor has bulked up about as much as he can. Why?
Seems his height precludes him adding any more girth or it will look very strange and bulky onscreen.
Then Kellan heads back to the set in August for "Eclipse," the third film.
He says that there was a huge sense of relief experienced by all the stars, but especially by Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
"They had so much weight on their shoulders before the first one came out.... So much anticipation.... Now they are more relaxed – they have an idea of what to expect and they know that lots of people like it – so it's all good."
On the success of "Twilight," Lutz admitted, "Its kind of like a dream – to work on a movie like this that has been so well-received – it's just awesome. It's so great to have so many fans that love it."
And they love you, too!

If Pattinson is hardly in this film I wont bother going. He's the only reason I went to see the first film. I can take or leave the other actors and the storyline come to that.
I want to give the producers of NEW MOON a challenge -- would you think about donating part of the proceeds on NEW MOON to the Indian reservations in the US -- poorer than many 3rd world countries -- I am sure the fans would be happy about it -- they can help others, esp the little children -- of the Indian reservations have a future.....and basic necessities which they usually do not have. It is unbelievable that these proud people are so destitute right here in the US. Help the Indians.
