Michael Phelps denies dating Ms. Controversial California
Olympic wonder Michael Phelps has had enough controversy swirling around him lately, and so the last thing he needs is to be associated with an equally controversial woman.
Still, that's exactly what has happened. Rumor has it that the fish out of water has been cozying up to Miss California winner Carrie Prejean, best known for possibly losing the Miss USA crown for her stance on gay marriage.
Prejean added fuel to the fire on "The Billy Bush Show" Monday, when asked if she was dating Phelps. "He is a great man. Wouldn't you like to know, Billy Bush? We can talk about that a different day," she replied. Sounds like a "yes, yes yes!" to us.
So, get ready for the "ouch" moment.
When Usmagazine.com asked Phelps the same question at New York's Omega flagship opening, he said, "I'm single." However, he did add, "My private life stays private," which could be code for, "we're dating, but it's none of your beeswax."
When the mag pressed Phelps about Prejean's opposition to gay marriage, he said, "I'm not saying I support her. I'm not saying I don't support her." Poor guy. He's afraid to say -- or smoke -- anything now.

Like Michael Phelps said, His private life stays private. I think you should button your lip about this as well as what happened in February about the photo from News Of The World. I agree what he said and he can be very discreet about some things. I'm a fan of Michael Phelps and I don't want him be dragged in ground just because he's in the public eye and he's an Olympic champion in Swimming and winning 8 golds in Bejing.

He did apologize to everyone that he made a mistake from the scandal photo from News Of The World. I think you should do is keep it quiet and DISCREET completely and mind your P's and Q's and button your lip.
What a stupid thing to say. "Button your lip "! When someone is in the public eye no matter what they have done to deserve it, any action or speech by them is going to be reported by all the journalists everywhere in the world. Thats just the way it is.
