Is Lindsay Lohan becoming the new old Britney Spears?

Sure, this is an old video -- based on Lindsay Lohan's dreadful last flop, er, movie, "I Know Who Killed Me," the winner of a record-breaking eight Razzie Awards.

But it rings even truer today, given her amazing disappearing career.

What with the late-night aimless drives around L.A., hotly pursued by paparazzi, some rumored resurfaced additive behavior, holing up at swanky hotels, car crashes, an arrest warrant, crazy public tantrums and emotional  meltdowns, talks of interventions and restraining orders, Lindsay is fast becoming the new old Britney Spears.

What's next -- a shaved head and a trip to the psych ward strapped to a gurney? How about another stint in rehab, sans the day trips for hair color and extensions?

Is Little Miss Drama Queen a victim of Samantha Ronson's evil manipulation? Or is Lindsay a victim of her own self-indulgent obsession with ... herself? Or does the truth lie somewhere in between?

Either way, we think what Lindsay really needs is a prolonged visit from Britney's dad, Jamie Spears. He knows how to whip these little ol' gals into shape.

Trouble is there probably isn't enough money left in LiLo's coffers to afford Jamie's conservatorship.
