Kathy Griffin's obsessed with Octomom, loves Susan Boyle

Only Kathy Griffin can use the words "Octomom" and "Susan Boyle" in the same sentence.

But the D-Lister -- talking on the carpet at the GLAAD Awards -- has some sage advice for "Britain's Got Talent" Scottish songbird sensation.

And for once, we actually agree with Kathy.

Which is very scary.
