Producer friend says Farrah Fawcett is fine and still fighting
Your prayers have been answered, folks. Farrah Fawcett is not at death's door!
LA Now reports that her friend/producer Craig Nevius confirmed Monday to Associated Press that the 62-year-old "Charlie's Angels" star has been hospitalized for a blood clot, a side effect of treatment she underwent in Germany. But she's not near death.
"She's doing fantastic," Nevius said. "Her fight goes on. ... She's not going anywhere anytime soon."
He added: "As previously reported by everybody, she's not unconscious. She is not on death's door. The family has not gathered to say goodbye."
This guy is producing Fawcett's documentary chronicling her fight against cancer, called "A Wing and a Prayer." The actress was diagnosed with the disease in late 2006. She had chemotherapy and radiation and was in remission in early 2007. However, a few months later, her cancer returned. She eventually pursued alternative therapy abroad.
Fawcett's doctor, Lawrence Piro, said that Fawcett had abdominal bleeding and a hematoma after undergoing aggressive alternative cancer treatments in Germany.
Piro released a statement to the AP that Fawcett was using a wheelchair because it was painful for her to walk. "That pain, which was coming from the hematoma, had nothing directly to do with the cancer. She remains in good spirits with her usual sense of humor. She's been in great shape her whole life and has an incredible resolve and an incredible resilience."
People reports that Farrah's friend Alana Stewart was with her on Saturday night. "Farrah's spirits are amazing. She has been amazing through this whole ordeal."
One report, however, does hold true. Redmond O'Neal, Fawcett's son with Ryan O'Neal, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of bringing narcotics into a jail facility and was being held on $25,000 bail.
A deputy was doing a security sweep of the Castaic jail's parking lot when he stopped Redmond, who admitted he was carrying drugs, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman said.

I wonder what Farrah Fawcett's agressive alternatve treatment in Germany was all about. That would be interesting to find out about.
If Farrah's anal cancer is a type called Squamous Cell Carcinoma, there is a good chance that it is due to Human Papilloma Virus, the same cancer-causing virus that is associated with cervical cancer and genital warts. Farrah's been fighting what seems to be a long time. I only wish her the best and hope that she's not in any paid.

I don't know how to get this message to Farrah, but I know someone, personally, whose brother was told he had colon cancer and was given 6 months or so to live. His sister told me she put him on Immutol (immune system booster capsules) and MGN-3 (which I understand is off the market now, but is available as PeakImmune 4. She also did juicing to keep her brother from dying. Before taking the immune system boosters, when his doctors saw the cancer, they sewed him back up and gave him 6 months to live, but when checked again, after being on the immune system boosters, there was no cancer! This is an amazing place, and many cancer patients have come out in remission. Farrah, please know we are all praying for you, and you can pull through.
