Did Chris Brown get a secret cougar booty call?

TMZ is reporting that the text message that reportedly set off the alleged beating came from Tina Davis, Chris Brown's manager.

Brown is rumored to have had an affair with the young star when he was 16.

Which is only (gulp) three years ago.

Sources tell TMZ that the woman who left the three-page (?) text message on Brown's cellphone is Davis.

But Davis -- who turns 40 this month -- has always denied any physical relationship with her client. So does Brown.

Law enforcement tells TMZ that the text message to Brown mentioned hooking up later.

The detective's affidavit refers to the text message as being "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."

OK, first off ... Who sends a THREE-PAGE TEXT MESSAGE??

That has cougar written all over it.
