Chris Brown officially charged with two felonies

Chris_brown_300 Chris Brown has been officially charged.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting his charge on two felonies in connection to his Feb. 8 alleged altercation with Rihanna.

According to Us Weekly, he will be arraigned today at 3:30 p.m. He is facing "assault by means likely to create great bodily injury" and "criminal threats."

According to Us Weekly's report, the first count claims that he "did willfully and unlawfully commit an assault on Robin F [Rihanna] by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury."

A second count of criminal threats states, according to Us Weekly, that the R&B singer "unlawfully threatened to commit a crime with which [sic] would result in death and great bodily injury to Robin F. with the specific intent that the statement be taken as a threat."

"It is further alleged that the threatened crime on its face value and under its circumstances in which it was made was so unequivocally and unconditional and specific to convey to Robin F a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution."

The docs also allege that "the said Robin F was reasonably in sustained fear of his/she [sic] safety and the safety of his/her immediate family."

What do you think he should do?

It takes a pathetic coawrdly little man to beat up his girlfriend and it takes an even dumber and more pathtic individual to defend him.

Nineteen isn't very smart.

Whatever pissed him off, a man walks away from it when a woman is involved. She can say whatever she wants to your back. You can move on.

But, if you hit her, it's a felony. Doesn't matter what she said or what you thought.

And where did you think the relationship was going after you hit her? Sleepless nights, expecting the revenge. From her, or someone else.

I really believe that Chris Brown is sorry and should be forgiven. NOT!!! When you beat another person, whether it's a man, woman, or child, they (beater) are officially claiming their dominance and authority over the one being beaten with physical intimidation/abuse for the beaten to be submissive. They're is no place in this civilized society of America for such an act and he should not only pay his dues with a prison sentence but people of America should boycott his product. Sad because he had such talent, and his song "Forever" is sooo good! Not to compare humans to dogs, but this is as bad, if not worse compared to what Michael Vick committed.

That silly Goose! He may have to go to jail or something! Mayhaps he shoulda thought more and swung less.

So, so silly,.....

Why these stupid clowns are allowed to run the street is a mystery to me. They are low rent and are part of the problem in society, not part of the solution. I don't know which is more senseless. These bozo's or the younger generations who think they are great role models. Schadenfreud can be be a fun thing!

"What do you think he should do?"

Not beat women. Seriously.

Rhihanna is just his sparring partner. That's why they are still together. His next match, having proven his toughness, will be in an ear chomping contest with Mike Tyson. Only in America can people this stupid be considered role models for those following their path. Bling Bling!!

Can anyone say Ike turner? C'mon chris, you pos, why don't you dance with a man for a change?

As a long-time victime of severe spousal abuse at a young age 35 years ago when there were no such laws or support for the victim, I can guarantee this beautiful girl that it will NEVER ever stop. There will be prolonged periods of intense remorse on his part, but once the behavior has been experienced and forgiven, he will repeat his brutality, and it can be set off by anything and enacted upon because she has shown she will allow it.

Get a restraining order, break all contact, and DO NOT LOOK BACK.

i think he should get charges but i think she should of never been looking thru her phone ,or throwing out da lamabing keys,or giving her stds nobody reallys know da true storry but dem...alot of rumors be going around
