Chris Brown apres-court date: It's Miller Time!

TMZ caught Chris Brown skulking out of  swanky hotel SLS in Beverly Hills at 3:45 a.m.

He'd changed out of his buttoned-up court proper gray suit and tie into a more casual jeans and a black hoodie.

He'd been hanging in the hotel bar with his posse and bodyguards most of the evening. No word on where Rihanna was.

But we do know that she did not want a restraining order against her back-on alleged battering ram.

So maybe he was rushing home-hotel to her side?

The photog yells "Don't touch me" to the SLS security guards, who try to chase him away.

If we were the pap, we'd be more worried about Chris Brown's serious left jab.
