Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Beyonce to sing at Oscars!
It's not enough to present an award at the Oscars anymore.
Now everyone wants to sing and dance!
As if musical numbers weren't the bane of the Oscars for most viewers, this year the Oscars could turn into a musical extravanganza.
Are you ready for "Oscars: The Musical?"
Oscar host Hugh Jackman won't be the only actor singing for his supper. Access Hollywood is reporting that the Oscars will feature musical performances by Beyonce (again ...) and "High School Musical" stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
Hopefully, presenter and "Twilight" hottie Robert Pattinson won't be asked to sing. Just saying.
Although we're sure his legions of fans would not mind one bit.
"Mamma Mia!" stars Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper also are set to sing if scheduling conflicts can get resolved.
Hugh and Beyonce have reportedly been rehearsing in New York City.
As for Hugh's song-and-dance, his "Australia" director, Baz Luhrmann, is said to be in charge of that number.
Oh, dear. Considering how few Oscar nods that movie got, this may not be such a good idea.
But it could turn out be a good theatrical move for Luhrmann, who may not have much of a celluloid career left.
Move over, Julie Taymor!

Beyonce is over exposed!!!! Every time you turn around, there she is singing at some event or on some show. Haven't we had enough of her! I would be nice to go a least a month without seeing her. Please give us a break!

I love Rob's emotion-filled voice. The Disney kid's voices are overdone. Give me some sultry body-swaying soul moving Rob Pattinson any day of the week!
I love Vanessa and I'm glad she is getting a chance to shine and show people she has talent and I hope this opportunity opens many doors for her in the industry.
I hope to see more of her tap dancing skills used she has loads of hidden talents but needs a chance to show them to people outside the tween demographic.

What the hell is Beyonce going to sing? Single Ladies? Diva? Hell NO! And she better not sing "At Last" again or I'll puke. It certainly will be interesting to see whose song she'll steal for this performance.

Vanessa Sludgens?? Oh, please say it isn't so. She has an awful voice. I'll just be looking at Zac. So hot!!
