Should Victoria Beckham be worried?

I mean, now that David Beckham is living in George Clooney's Lake Como villa and all, according to People.

Posh certainly wasn't looking too happy flying solo at Elton John's Oscar party Sunday night.

But then again, she never looks very happy, does she?

Here's the scoop: After a lengthy stint abroad, the perennial bachelor Clooney, 47, is back in the U.S. doing Darfur activist work and filming a March 12 special episode of "ER."

Meanwhile, Beckham, 33, has been playing soccer in Italy for AC Milan. He was loaned to that team by his L.A. Galaxy team. And he's staying in George's luxurious villa while George is away. Ostensibly.

Hello! first reported the celebrity sublease.

They wrote that Clooney and Beckham became bros after being introduced by mutual designer Giorgio Armani at the Met Ball in New York last year.

That night also happened to be George's last public date with Vegas cocktail cutie/probable escort, whatsername ... Sarah Larson.

The mag reports that the two hunks grew closer when Beckham moved to Italy and Clooney took the Armani model/soccer star under his wing.
