Joy Behar gets her hands in Rod Blagojevich's hair

I have NO idea what Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is talking about.

And I've watched his interview on "The View" twice.

But it's worth watching to see how annoyed he gets (but hides it) when "The View" co-host Joy Behar asks for his best Richard Nixon impersonation and then tousles poor Rod's carefully composed Ken-doll coif, not once, but TWICE.
