'Desperate Housewives' Marcia Cross's husband has cancer

Marcia Cross' husband, Tom Mahoney, has been diagnosed with cancer.

"He is currently under treatment and is responding very well," Cross's rep Heidi Slan tells People.

The two were married in June 2006, and have 23-month-old fraternal twin daughters, Eden and Savannah.

There's no official word on exactly what kind of cancer Tom, a stockbroker, is being treated for.

Prayers to Marcia and Tom and their family for his quick recovery.
