Taylor Swift says Joe Jonas hurt her 'deeply'
Taylor Swift isn't just talking about her brutal breakup with Joe Jonas. She's also singing about it on her new album, "Forever and Always."
"[It's] a song about watching somebody completely fade away in a relationship and wondering what you did wrong," Swift, 18, tells People about the song inspired by her October split with Jonas, 19.
But she's not ready to jump back into the dating pool.
"I would hate to jump into something so quickly and have it not be the right thing, because I don't think I could take that right now," she says.
During their brief but hot summer romance, neither singer would admit they were dating. But on Wednesday, Swift finally confirmed that they had been a couple, adding that Jonas is the only guy who hurt her "deeply."
"It's been tough," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show. "You just have to try to realize someday you'll find someone that's right for you."
You're 18, darling. Trust me, you have plenty of time.
Swift pokes fun at Jonas in a new vlog on her MySpace page. At one point, she picks up a Joe Jonas doll and says, "See, this one even comes with a phone. So he can break up with other dolls."

Nick J probabley dated Miley for famousy. Look, now his brothers and him are famous. number 1 on billboard chart, their album comes out the first day and probabley one million girls stands at the music store to buy them. He just dumps Miley and inspires Miley to write 7 things. well I wish one day, the jonas brothers cal all deeply get their hearts brocken. You just wait, Nick and Selena Gomez probabley will breakup soon too.
He was forced to break up with her on the phone. She was on tour and he was on the other side of the country.
We can't all be perfect. and I know it sucks breaking up while on the phone, but I have to admit that I've done it before.

I heard she was boring, clingy, he never liked her and got pushing INTO for publicity, not the other way around like she and her people are spinning it. The arc of their "love" has been awfully convenient for her album, after all.

Was Joe ever into Taylor like she was with him? Just observing them I don't think so.
I don't know if Taylor has been ignoring certain signs but she should have clued in from the beginning of the relationship that it would not last long.

i think joe jonas did something wrong but so far we have only heard the things taylor swift said i think we should listen to what joe jonas has to say but if he and she never admitted the relationship it was obvious that it wasn't that serious and looking at the pictures of them it was clear that joe wasn't thet interested in her

the jonas brothers are nothing. they will be just another one of those stupid boy bands from the nineties in a couple years. everything they do is just for fame. nick only dated miley because she was the biggest thing for young girls. then selena gomes because she is teh next big thing. in a couple months youll hear about joe jonas breaking up with demi lovato to be with someone newer and more famous. taylor should stay strong and realize what joe is. she will get over this and meet someone who will mean something to her.
