Parole board says William Balfour to stay behind bars
It looked like William Balfour might be released today due to a lack of evidence that he violated conditions of his parole.
However, this "person of interest" in the murder investigation of three members of Jennifer Hudson's family is staying behind bars, the Illinois Prisoner Review Board ruled today.
Police say the same handgun used in the murders of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Jennifer's 7-year-old nephew Julian King was found about a block from the abandoned white Chevy SUV that belonged to Jason Hudson.
It was parked close to Balfour's girlfriend's home and contained the body of Julian King.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the parole board cited Balfour's current girlfriend's report that she has seen him with a weapon identical to the gun used in the slayings. She also said that he told her he was involved in the murders. And police say Balfour has admitted to being at the house on the day of the murders.
Balfour has been questioned but not charged in connection with the killings.

Yes I think he is a prime suspect, because police did not say that is was no force entry to the household and I figured it was someone that knew the family. Secondly if the young Julian was there at the time of the murders then why wasn't he killed at the sceen enstead of taking away in his uncles SUV. If someone other than someone who knew them would have never driven Julian away in one of the victims truck. Plus Balfour is not new to this type of violence. He was charged once before and did time for attempted murder and carjacking. I think he got into a very heated dissagreement with Jennifers mother and shot her and when the son got envoled him shot him too. I figured he didn't want to shoot Julian at first but figured he had no other choice because he witness the both the other two murders.

Why don't people question the sources of lies before they believe everything they hear.
Believing everything someone tells you (people in general) makes you look very foolish.
Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.
His girlfriend has more motive than he does, she is pregnant by him, he was still seeing Julia, he was still interacting with Julia & the SUV was found close to her home!
Oh boy, I am so tired of people in denial and or better yet those who hope the criminal isn't the criminal. He did the crime and honestly we all know it! I can't wait until they give him what he deserves. I just want justice for the Hudson family!!!!! Furthermore, I was so outraged over this event, I was thinking maybe they should allow Jennifer to pull the switch! I felt sorry for William Balfours's mom too for having a coward for a son!
I think the sister is more involved than people really want to admit. I think she hasn't shown any distraught emotions since the slaying of the Hudson Family. I think with William Balfour's past he would have more common sense than to dispose of a weapon so close to the crime scene. To me that would be someone who was a rookie at committing crimes and panic. I also agree that it was definitely someone who knew the family well that would not be obvious to others. Justice will be prevailed!!
I think the sister has something to do with to. She never showed any feelings about her son missing. If that was my child missing I would be a mess. Just all torn apart. I think the cops should look at the sister, and the girlfriend.
Tired: You dnt know if Balfour is guilty or not. There r plenty of innocent balck men behind bars. Only the person/people, and God knows who murdered that family. Who r we 2 judge? I want them 2 convict the right person/people. That's who need 2 pay for these crimes. And u need to take a chill pill.
In a document I read it says that Balfour called a girl he met on myspace at 4 in the morning the day after the shootings to see if he could go visit her in Mississippi. What a dog I cant wait until justice is served.
