Charges dropped after Kanye West arrested in alleged paparazzo assault

Kanye West was arrested in England early today after being accused of assaulting a paparazzo.

Seems he was leaving the Tup Tup club in Newcastle early this morning when the incident happened.  He was later arrested at a hotel in Gateshead.

But charges were dropped when police found out that the photographer who accused West of assault had also claimed a famous soccer player slugged him. Those charges were proved to be untrue.

But this is the second time in the last two months that West has gotten into it with the pappers.

West was arrested in September after an altercation with a photog at LAX turned physical, with the rapper and his bodyguard smashing camera equipment in front of shocked onlookers.

Those charges against the rapper were also dropped.

Things always come in threes. Wonder when the third paparazzo camera will drop!
