Despite tragedy, Jennifer Hudson keeps smiling
You will soon see Jennifer Hudson's smiling face again.
In fact, you'll see her gorgeous grin everywhere, on billboards in New York and L.A. and in top magazines as part of the Gap's "Shine Your Own Star" holiday ad campaign.
She's wearing the new red Gap Wintersoft turtleneck sweater in the ads
The ad campaign is going on despite the recent brutal shooting deaths of her mother, brother and nephew.
While it might seem unseemly for Jennifer to be looking so happy so soon, the ads were shot several months ago. She's part of the long-planned Gap holiday campaign that also features Jason Bateman, Mary-Louise Parker and Mila Kunis.
Olive Doyne, a spokeswoman forthe Gap, says the company gave Jennifer the option to back out of the campaign, but she wanted "to be a part of it."
Meanwhile, investigation is still ongoing on the triple murder. William Balfour, the only suspect in the case, reportedly told his girlfriend he was involved in the slayings. He is still in custody.
What do you think? Was it wise for Jennifer to put on a happy face for Gap?
Personally, I think her mother, brother and nephew would have loved to see her beautiful smile again.
Bet they're looking down from heaven, smiling right back at her.

Jennifer, I am 64 yrs old and I've tracked you from day one on America Idol and always loved your realness, smile and your attitude. Please don't change. Stay real. This is a very tragic time for you and your family and my heart goes out to you. It's going to be a tough road, but you'll survive. You are so fortunate to have so many, many people there for you. Remember your Mom is looking down on you, v ery proud of her daughter. It's going to be so tough, but hold your head up and get the strength to go on maybe not right now, but when you're ready. I think that its not only healthy for her to continue living a healthy life but that her mother, brother, and nephew would love to see her happy. Though they are now tragically gone, she needs to remember the love and laughter that they all had together and there is nothing more a parent loves than to know that their child is happy. Her loved ones are in a safe place now where they feel no pain and watching down on her sort of like her lil gaurdian angels. We love you Jennifer and we all admire your strength.

YES IT IS IMPORTANT THAT SHE MAINTAIN HER FUTURE. ANYBOBY IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS KNOWS THAT WITH TIME SHE WILL BECOME STRONGER. I'm so glad she went forward with being a part of the campaign......It is a gorgeous picture. She is strong is going to come through this. Yes, it will change her life dramatically..... but she can still find happiness down the road.... hopefully sooner than later.
Only the strong will survive & Jennifer has the whole armor of God on her. She is definitely protected & will continue to keep that beautiful smile.
