Sarah Palin in 2012? Oh boy.
Well, for those who thought we may be rid of Gov. Sarah Palin on Nov. 4, think again!
The Alaska governor revealed exclusively in an interview with ABC News' Elizabeth Vargas that she vows to remain a national political player in 2012 should the Republican ticket be defeated.
"I think that, if I were to give up and wave a white flag of surrender against some of the political shots that we've taken, that would bring this whole ... I'm not doing this for naught," Palin told ABC News.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad (or good) news depending on what part of "this great country" you live in.
During the interview, Palin did also express her belief that the GOP ticket would emerge victorious. "It's going to go our way on Tuesday, Nov. 4. I truly believe that the wisdom of the people will be revealed on that day," she said.
Call me crazy here because I'm no political pundit, but shouldn't the scripted VP candidate response about her intentions in 2012 been more along the lines of: "We're just focusing on winning the White House on Tuesday."
Hey, I'm just saying.
Republicans, Democrats, Independents: What do you think? Is Sarah Palin the future leader of the Republican party or just a political flash in the pan?

She has about the same chances of becoming President as Dan Quayle does. Once you're a national punchline, it's hard to be taken seriously.
God help this country if Palin makes it into the White House. We'll be doomed if that is the case.
Oh God, please make her stop. Sarah Palin is an embarassment to her party and to the American people. How could we let such an ignorant, unintellgent person close to the presidency? She has the audacity to claim a degree in journalism? She can't even construct a simple english sentence. It's really simple Sarah. Repeat after me; subject-verb-noun. Now keep praticing until you can speak coherently. If Frau Palin represents the future of the Republican party then they are through.
LEt's here it for the woman who single handedly cost John McCain the Election!!!
Keep Speaking out Sarah Maybe you can turn all 50 states Blue!!

All in good fun... turn up your speakers.
I am hoping she gets to be the Republican nominee 2012 & 2016, ensuring a DEM in the WH for the next 16 years. In reality tho, I'm afraid, she will turn out to be another Quayle. She will huff and puff for a while thru 2011 and then withdraw for lack of money and support.
If this is all the GOP can produce for canidates they are in big trouble. She is comic fodder in the international scene and has yet to be truly vetted. The Dem's have treated her with kid gloves during this campaign. Watch out when the gloves come off! Do you think this country will forget the eight years of W? We learned our lesson and will never go back for more of the same.
As long as there are abortions, gay marriage, gay books, or just "plain ol' gays," liberals, professors, liberal professors, liberal professors teaching evolution, science, unmarried high school students, unspoiled Arctic wilderness, living polar bears and wolves, especially cute little wolf pups that have somehow evaded the hunter's gun despite her best efforts ("Sarah sez: "Warm up the helicopter, Todd; we're goin' huntin'!") to eradicate them, then Sarah Palin has her 2012 "anti" platform. (Sarah sez: "Shoot 'em all and let God sort it out!")
Maybe we'll get lucky and Alaska will secede from the Union (thanks, Todd!), but unfortunately that would not bode well for Alaskan wildlife. (Sarah sez: "Polar bears make great rugs!")
Palin runs in 2012? Thank you Lord... thank you, thank you.
democrat
All of the above.
