Finally! Angelina Jolie admits Brad Pitt was married when they fell in love

finially the truth. They were cruel to Jennifer. Brad and Angelina should be very careful of KARMA... and many of us are very thankful for KARMA. You were not crazy Jen - they were evil.

Oh puh-leeze, Liz! You're not STILL harping on this are you? You've been carrying on like Brad was married to YOU instead of Aniston. Let it go already. It's not even like this is the first time Jolie has admitted it. I know you're dense, but surely even YOU were able to infer from Jolie's January 2007 Vogue interview that she was admitting that she and Pitt fell in love while filming M&MS? She clearly said that it was a gradual realization that he had come to mean more to her than a friend and by the time they finished shooting she realized how much more it was. So that's a great big "DUH!" to you.

However, what you fail to mention, accept or respect is that THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT AT THE TIME! Unlike some people in Hollywood Brad Pitt has NEVER cheated on his girlfriendn or wife. Ask good old Gwyneth Paltrow, who can't say the same thing - especially where Pitt is concerned. Jolie, as well, is an adult and respected the boundaries of Pitt's marital status.

Also, I'll tell you what really annoys the crap out of me - People such as yourself, ie gossips, prior to the filming of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, spent 3 years chronicling the slow demise of Pitt's relationship with Aniston. People were literally watching that marriage implode on a daily basis as they spent more and more time apart, showed divergent interests not just in their career paths, but family planning, charitable endeavors, friendships - they couldn't even agree on how to decorate the house that Pitt labored to remodel. But, in your minds all of that got thrown out the window the second Pitt stepped onto a set with Angelina Jolie.

I truly find it amazing how badly people like you have rewritten history. After all the crap Aniston pulled on Pitt during their 6 1/2 years togehter the marriage of Pitt and Aniston was all over but the filing of the divorce papers the day she gave him a fake positive pregnancy test for his birthday, in front of witnesses - his 40TH birthday, which was approxiamately 14 days BEFORE he met Jolie on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. So if you want to tell a few home truths, then tell that one. THAT is the kind of thing Aniston finds humorous. Signing up for 6 movies when for 4 years her husband had expressed interest in starting a family...and then giving the man a fake positive pregnancy test as a gag "gift" on the biggest birthday of his life thusfar. And yet people like you wonder why Pitt dumped the woman. Amazing.

She just told the world how bigger SLUT she is.

BTW - just thought I'd let you know that I don't think you'll have the balls to post the comment I just submitted. I know how you Jenhags get when presented with a few home truths about the real nature of your idol. She's a coldhearted cow and the fact that she can't keep a man post-Pitt ought to tell you exactly how loyal Pitt was to her once he made a commitment. Six and half years is a hell of a long time to stay with a woman as neurotic and grasping as Aniston. Pitt leaving was about saving his soul and sense of self worth. It wasn't about Jolie so much as it was about getting away from Aniston and wasting his life "sitting on the couch going crazy". (As Pitt so eloquently put it in his V magazine interview last year.) The good news for Aniston is that in going back to John Mayer she's found the one man in the entertainment world who's as calculating with his public image as she is. The two of them are perfect together.

Nice try Liz, but Mr and Mrs Smith was still filming in May of 2005 - Pitt and Aniston split *5 months before* in January of 2005. Everyone knows Mr & Mrs was a protracted filming taking almost a year to shoot (Brad even filmed Ocean's 12 on a break from it!) Doug Liman even joked how they 'rushed some scenes wet to the premiere,' which was the very next month (June of 2005). So, give Angelina and Brad a break - she's got a lot on her plate, she's away from home working; announcing a project for children in DC, meeting at the Council on Foreign Relations today, and fulfilling her professional obligations with Changeling. Do you really want her tarred and feathered all over again by Aniston's irate cheerleaders who live in the past and any other jealous bitter heathen that want to take a shot, based on the ignorance you're spewing??

Also, you do KNOW technically "Brad Pitt was still married," when Aniston was with Vince Vaughn. But the FACTS are that they were "officially separated," in Jan of 2005, and Mr & Mrs Smith was still shooting up until May of 2005. Semantics don't become you. Why crucify them all over again, based on your erroneous info. These people have too much going on, and give back too much to get trashed for no reason again. I doubt this will get posted by you. But just in case, I'll make sure many other outlets know the facts, and know that you were sent them.

Pitt and Aniston had "officially" split, releasing a statement 4-5 months previously, in January of 2005. So that makes 4-5 months that Pitt was free & single babe. Nice try, no cigar. Some background FACTUAL info: Pitt even broke off in the middle of filming Mr & Mrs to go shoot Ocean's 12 in it's entirety, while Angelina Jolie promoted Shark's Tale in Cannes and Alexander around the world. They reconvened and finished it. Doug Liman the director even talked about "rushing some scenes wet to the premiere," which was held that June (2005) Now, if you're talking semantics, and actual legal 'divorcing,' (which wasn't finalized until Oct 2005) well then I'm sure you ALSO know, that 'Brad Pitt was still "married,' when Vince Vaughn was schtupping Jennifer Aniston. Are you publishing posts correcting your erroneous blurb or not? I understand if you just want to let the slander stand - many people have it in for Angelina, and wouldn't care if she discovered a cure for cancer, they'd be happy to retroactively put a scarlet A on her anyway. But the facts remain: The Mr. & Mrs. Smith shoot was still filming in May of 2005. Pitt and Aniston had officially split the previous January ('05). You know, I just watched a recent Larry King, where Heather Mills was guest hosting and actually interviewed the late great Paul Newman, she asked him if it was 'love at first sight,' for Paul when he met Joanne in Picnic on Broadway. He refused to answer the question. He was still married to his first wife at the time, and he wouldn't divorce until later. Bottomline is, I'm sure of Newman Woodward were a young couple today, they would get blasted by ninnies also.

IIRC the filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith took place in 2 stages - Jan to early May 2004 and August to early October 2004. Pitt went to Europe in June & July 2004 to shoot Oceans 12. There were also reshoots in February and March 2005, but not in May 2005 as someone above stated. Pitt was in Morocco in May 2005 filming "Babel". I know he's a god, but even he can't be in two places at once.

My point is this - Pitt and Aniston split in January 2005. Pitt and Jolie were re-united on the set of M&MS in late February to early March 2005. Call me crazy, but I think "reshoots" classifies as part of the movie-making process. Therefore, them falling in love during reshoots would be falling in love while making a movie. Which negates your enthusiasm for her "admission" because Pitt was legally separated, and therefore a free man, at the time of the reshoots.

One more time, IN CAPS: Pitt & Aniston "OFFICIALLY" separated in Jan. of 2005.(they had been unofficially separated, according to Aniston's OWN VF interview for several months prior to that, and having problems for YEARS..but that's neither here nor there) Mr & Mrs. Smith was STILL filming in April-May of 2005. Brad Pitt was "OFFICIALLY" single for 5 months while STILL filming Mr & Mrs.
