So is Kirsten Dunst, who stars as herself -- albeit a facially and vocally distorted version of herself -- in Derek Waters (creator of the "Drunk History" internet videos)-created Why Tuesday? PSA about the importance of voting.

At least, we think it's distorted.

Maybe she really looks and sounds all fuzzy and weird now.
